Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy applies to the Offline Ritual Club and any other recurring product or service offered by MY GIRL THERAPY (“MY GIRL THERAPY”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on mygirltherapy.com.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. The Offline Ritual Club
The Offline Ritual Club is a recurring monthly subscription that gives you access to exclusive content, members-only experiences, and ongoing benefits described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
2. Billing
- The subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis, starting on the day of your initial purchase.
- Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
- Subscription prices are listed on the relevant product page and may change. We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any price change.
- All amounts are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize MY GIRL THERAPY to charge your payment method for each renewal without further action from you.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no commitment and no cancellation fee.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account on mygirltherapy.com.
- Go to Your account > Subscriptions.
- Click Cancel subscription.
You can also email contact@mygirltherapy.com with your account email and order details, and we’ll process the cancellation for you within 2 business days.
5. Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- You will continue to have full access to all member benefits until that end date.
- After the cycle ends, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.
- We do not issue refunds for the current billing cycle. No partial or pro-rata refunds are provided.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused or partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error or your subscription suffered a substantial defect attributable to us, contact contact@mygirltherapy.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your case on an individual basis.
7. Payment Failure
If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will attempt to process the payment again over the next few days and notify you by email. If the payment cannot be collected, your access to member benefits may be suspended or terminated until the payment is resolved.
8. Changes to Your Subscription
You can update your payment method, billing address, or shipping address at any time in your account settings. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.
9. Modification or Termination by Us
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Offline Ritual Club at any time. In case of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email and process any required refunds for the unused portion of the current cycle (when applicable by law or by our decision).
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without refund in case of fraud, abuse, chargeback, or violation of our Terms of Service.
