Refund Policy

At MY GIRL THERAPY, we want you to love every coloring book, marker set, and Offline Ritual Club moment you receive from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on mygirltherapy.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after this 14-day window cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and resellable condition.
  • In the original packaging, with all seals intact when applicable.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Coloring books that have been opened, used, marked, or damaged after delivery.
  • Marker sets whose protective packaging has been opened.
  • Digital downloads, printable products, and gift cards.
  • Items purchased on final sale or promotional flash sales explicitly marked “non-refundable”.
  • Offline Ritual Club subscription fees (see the Subscription Policy for cancellation terms).

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@mygirltherapy.com within the 14-day window with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • One photo of the item in its current condition.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (in which case MY GIRL THERAPY covers return shipping).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. MY GIRL THERAPY is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@mygirltherapy.com within 7 days of delivery, with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  • A short description of the issue.

We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (per the process above) and place a new order for the replacement.

8. International Returns

For international orders (outside the United States), customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any taxes incurred during the return. MY GIRL THERAPY cannot refund original customs duties or taxes paid at delivery.
