Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with MY GIRL THERAPY. We ship our coloring books, marker sets, and Offline Ritual Club items worldwide. Read below for processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping rates.
1. Order Processing
Every order is hand-checked and carefully packed by our small team before it ships out. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (holiday seasons, product launches, promotional sales), processing times may extend by 1 to 2 additional business days. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states + DC)
- Canada
- European Union and the United Kingdom
- Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at contact@mygirltherapy.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
3. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Our coloring books and marker sets are printed in limited runs and quality-checked by hand before they ship — which means a little more love goes into every order. Delivery times below are estimates broken down into processing and transit, in business days.

Delivery times are estimates based on our shipping carriers and do not include weekends, US public holidays, or potential delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (where applicable).
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and the shipping method selected.
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.
- Standard shipping rates apply to all orders below $50 and to international destinations.
- Express shipping is available at checkout (where applicable).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
You can also check your order status anytime in your customer account on mygirltherapy.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout. MY GIRL THERAPY does not collect or refund customs duties or import taxes.
If a package is refused at delivery and returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, any related fees will be deducted from the refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at contact@mygirltherapy.com within 2 hours of order placement. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed for shipping.
MY GIRL THERAPY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and members of your household.
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If, after these steps, the package is still missing, contact us at contact@mygirltherapy.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll review the case on an individual basis.
MY GIRL THERAPY is not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address after confirmed delivery.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or accept it and immediately photograph the box and the items inside. Contact us at contact@mygirltherapy.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue (see also the Refund Policy).
