These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mygirltherapy.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any product or service offered by MY GIRL THERAPY (“MY GIRL THERAPY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We do our best to display our products and pricing accurately on the Site. However:

• Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Colors and details shown in photos may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and printing variations.
• In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed with the incorrect price, even after order confirmation.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

An order is accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

5. Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed at checkout by our trusted payment processors. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated:

• Codes cannot be combined.
• Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

7. Subscription Products (Offline Ritual Club)

If you subscribe to the Offline Ritual Club or any other recurring product, separate terms apply. Please review our Subscription Policy for details on billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

8. Shipping and Returns

Shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to designs, illustrations, photographs, text, logos, the “MY GIRL THERAPY” name, and product designs, is owned by MY GIRL THERAPY or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. The coloring books and printed materials are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, tags, or any other content (“User Content”) to the Site or to our social media channels, you grant MY GIRL THERAPY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that User Content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

You confirm that the User Content is yours, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
